July 2017, the integration project of COFCO Property and Joy City Property was officially launched.

December 4, 2018, the restructuring plan of COFCO Property and Joy City Property was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and a unified layout of a specialized and large-scale real estate platform was formed as well.

January 28, 2019, COFCO Property issued shares to purchase assets and raised fund to accomplish the object assets ownership transfer associated to relative transaction. And at this time, the “Holding A-Red-Chip” architecture was formally formed.

February 26, 2019, the newly increased shares of COFCO Property were listed, and the domestic and foreign assets that COFCO Property acquired the equity of Joy City Property were officially delivered.

March 2019, COFCO Property officially changed its name as GRANDJOY Holdings Group Co.,LTD. ， And the abbreviation of the company stock was changed as “GRAND JOY”.
